FAQ

How do I pick up my child?

Depending on your school, you can pick up from your coach or we can take your children to aftercare after class.If you are picking up your child from our coach, please bring your ID with you. We use this to verify any adult on the allowed pickup list.

What does my child need to play?

Soccer Shots is a non-competitive program so shin guards and cleats are not required. We do recommend closed toed shoes and clothes that your child can run around and play in!

What happens if it rains?

We try to have class unless it is storming. We will work with your child's school to find an indoor option. If no indoor option is available, we will postpone class. We try to cancel class with time to make changes to pick up plans, however, New Orleans weather is unpredictable so that is not always possible.

What happens if my child's class is canceled for the day?

We will send out an email and text message with the cancellation information to the main contact so please make sure your contact information is correct! We will then work with the school to find a time works for both their schedule and ours. Once confirmed, we will send out an email with the information.

Does my child receive a jersey?

If it is your first season with us, yes! After your first season, your child will get a jersey once a year in the Fall.
